Frequently Asked Questions

We understand lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipisicing elit.

Will I have the freedom to build my business and my brand?

We believe your business should still be your business.

G.A. Repple was designed for independent financial advisors. Our role is to provide the broker-dealer, RIA, compliance, operations, technology and planning infrastructure behind your practice while you build a company around your market, your relationships and your vision.

Whether you are already independent or coming from a wirehouse or captive environment, we want to understand what you are trying to build first - then align the platform around that business.

Can my Christian faith be part of how I build and represent my business?

Yes. Faith is part of the foundation of G.A. Repple.

Our purpose is to equip financial advisors to fulfill God’s plan for their lives through business by building Kingdom companies. We believe work can have purpose, wealth is stewardship, and business can positively impact families, communities and causes.

Advisors should be able to communicate who they are and what they value while still operating inside FINRA, SEC and firm communication requirements.

Who do we clear through and where are client assets custodied?

G.A. Repple clears through National Financial Services, LLC (NFS).

NFS provides the clearing and custodial relationship supporting advisor and client accounts. That gives the advisor an institutional operating foundation while G.A. Repple focuses on the relationship around supervision, compliance, operations, business development and growth.

For a transitioning advisor, this is a core due-diligence question: where are assets held, how are accounts serviced, and what infrastructure sits behind the practice?

What technology will I have available - and can the platform evolve with my business?

Technology should make doing business easier, more efficient -and more enjoyable.

Our goal is simple: make it easy and fun for advisors to do business. Our ecosystem includes Orion, Albridge, MyRepChat, Holistiplan, Jump, Redtail and Wealthbox, along with other partners that support the advisor and client experience.

For everyday processing, we use Docupace and DocuSign to create a more seamless, paperless workflow - reducing friction around forms, signatures and back-office processing.

We also do not believe today's technology stack is the answer forever. As AI, automation, planning, data and communications evolve, our size and independence give us the ability to evaluate, pivot and adapt faster.

Do I have access to an open architecture platform and a full range of investment solutions?

Yes. We believe the advisor should have choice.

G.A. Repple operates with an open-architecture approach and has relationships and contracts with multiple third-party asset managers. Advisors can access a broad range of strategies rather than being required to use one proprietary investment model.

The broader platform can include advisor-managed and third-party managed portfolios, traditional and Biblically Responsible strategies, mutual funds, ETFs, fixed income, insurance and annuity solutions, alternatives, financial planning, tax and estate-planning resources, and planned giving - subject to due diligence, availability and applicable requirements.

How does Biblically Responsible Investing fit within an open architecture platform?

BRI is an important capability - not the only investment philosophy available.

For clients who want their investments aligned with biblical convictions, advisors can access Biblically Responsible strategies, including third-party managers and fund solutions. For other clients, the same advisor has access to a broad range of traditional managers, products and strategies.

This gives advisors the freedom to be authentic about faith while preserving client choice. BRI is available when it fits the client; the overall platform remains open architecture.

Can G.A. Repple help me become more than an investment advisor?

That is an important part of the platform.

Great client relationships quickly move beyond portfolio performance. Clients ask about taxes, estate planning, retirement income, risk, business succession, wealth transfer, charitable giving and how to care for the next generation.

Our planning resources are designed to help the advisor move toward the role every great relationship ultimately demands: trusted advisor -

How does compliance work with advisors who want to market and grow?

We operate in a regulated industry. Compliance matters - and so does growth.

Our goal is to be solution-oriented: help advisors understand what can be said, what needs disclosure or approval, and how to accomplish the business objective inside FINRA, SEC and firm requirements.

That applies to websites, social media, video, email, seminars, advertising, podcasts and faith-based messaging. The goal is not to remove the advisor’s voice. It is to help the advisor use that voice responsibly.

What kind of support will I actually receive after I transition?

Independence should not mean being alone.

The Advisor Advantage is built around five operating areas: Technology, Marketing, Training, Operations and Compliance. Those pillars are supported by practice- development resources, planning capabilities and an established Home Office relationship.

The transition should begin by understanding the advisor, the current practice and the future vision - then create a roadmap around licensing, accounts, technology, client communication, branding and operations.

Can I build something bigger - and will the economics support it?

Yes. There are different ways to build at G.A. Repple.

Some advisors want an exceptional individual practice. Others want to recruit, build teams, create ensemble practices, develop branches or grow an OSJ organization. Our structure is designed to support those different paths.

We position compensation as competitive and aligned with production, management and supervisory responsibility - from advisor-level economics through OSJ structures. The public page should summarize the opportunity, while current schedules are discussed directly during recruiting.
